Each package includes two rounds of changes before launch.
Pay after the preview
You pay the one-time price by DuitNow QR once you have seen the preview and want it live.
You own the site
Once the build is paid, the finished design and files are yours. Your domain stays in your name.

From Standard hosting up, small text or photo updates after launch are included.

Every site runs on HTTPS, and we keep a backup copy of your files.

- You tell us before your next billing date. You can stop in any month.
- We send your website files within 14 days. Everything we built for you, ready for another host.
- We help point your domain to your new host. The domain was always in your name.
Questions people ask.
Do I need my own domain?
If you already own one, we connect it. If not, you buy it in your own name, or we buy it for you at cost and transfer it to you when you ask. The domain fee goes to the registrar and is not part of our prices.
Is business email included?
No. Hosting covers the website. An address like hello@yourbusiness.com.my comes from an email provider. We can help you set one up, and we tell you the provider’s cost before you sign up.
What if I want changes later?
Small text or photo updates are included from Standard hosting up. New pages or new features are quoted first, and nothing is charged until you agree.
How and when do I pay?
By DuitNow QR. For the build, only after you approve the preview and want it live. For custom work we may agree a deposit first, in writing. Hosting is billed monthly in advance from the day the site goes live.
Is SST or any other tax added to these prices?
No SST is charged at the moment. The prices on this page are the full prices you pay to us. If that ever changes, we will tell you in writing before it applies to you, and show the price with tax included.
What if the package or price in my order is wrong?
Before any work starts, we send you a written summary of the package, pages and price. Check it, and tell us if anything is wrong: we correct it and send it again, and nothing is charged until you agree. If a mistake of ours is found after payment, we fix it at no cost or refund the difference.
What happens if I stop hosting?
Tell us before your next billing date. We send you your website files within 14 days and help point your domain to your new host. A month already started is not refunded.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot deliver what we agreed and you have not approved the preview, you get back anything paid for the build. Once a site is live, the one-time price is not refundable.
